  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

    Add all to pot of boiling water (2 cups). Cover and simmer about 16 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
