- 2 (9 oz.) pkg. Green Giant harvest fresh frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.

3Shape into 1-inch balls.

4Place on 2 ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pans.

5Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until set.

6Refrigerate leftovers.

7Yields 8 dozen.
