Seasoned Spinach Balls

  • 2 (9 oz.) pkg. Green Giant harvest fresh frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion

    Heat oven to 350°.

    In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.

    Shape into 1-inch balls.

    Place on 2 ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pans.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until set.

    Refrigerate leftovers.

    Yields 8 dozen.
