  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 pods garlic
  • 1/4 cooking oil
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 lb. salt pork
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. parsley, chopped
