- 4 medium peaches, peeled and sliced (fresh)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. margarine, softened to room temperature
- 1/3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions

1Fill unbaked pie shell with sliced peaches.

2Cream together sugar with margarine.

3Add flour, egg and vanilla.

4Spread this mixture over the sliced fruit and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until top is golden and brown.
