  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell
  • 4 medium peaches, peeled and sliced (fresh)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. margarine, softened to room temperature
  • 1/3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

    Fill unbaked pie shell with sliced peaches.

    Cream together sugar with margarine.

    Add flour, egg and vanilla.
