- 2 (15 ounce) canslibby's pumpkin puree, 100%
- 14 cup packed Splenda brown sugar blend, divided
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 14 cup chopped toasted pecans
Directions

1PREHEAT oven to 350F

2COMBINE pumpkin, 3 tablespoons SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium saucepan.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil.

4Reduce heat to low; cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

5Pour hot mixture into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

6Combine remaining SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend and pecans in small bowl.

7Sprinkle over pumpkin.

8BAKE for 5 to 10 minutes or until brown.
