- 4 cups milk, scalded

- 1 cup margarine, melted

- 2 cups mashed potatoes

- 1 lb icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 18 cup hot water
Directions

1mix together first 8 ingredients stir well, add enough flour to form a soft dough.

2let rise until double the size then knead and roll out to 1/2 inch thick.

3Cut like doughnuts and let rise again.

6Mix together icing sugar margarine and add enough water to make a runny glaze, dip spudnuts in and set to cool.

7Or shake spudnuts in a bag of 1 cup of white sugar and 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
