- 1 lb carrot
- 4 ounces mushrooms
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 lb potato, cooked
- 2 onions
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons potato starch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Directions

1Put everything into your food processor.

2You might need to add a little water or starch in order to give the mixture the right texture to form patties, it should not be runny nor hard like wood but everything in between is fine.

3Form patties and fry on a hot pan for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
