- chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. toasted sesame seed in 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Toast sesame seed coated with 3 tablespoons butter.

3Set aside.

4Dip chicken breasts in evaporated milk and roll in bread crumbs mixed with salt and pepper.

5Place on foil-lined baking sheet.

6Top with 1/4 cup sesame seed.

7Bake skin side up and do not turn.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
