- 2 tsp. sesame seeds
- 4 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1In a nonstick skillet toast sesame seeds over medium to high heat.

2Set aside.

3Cut chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness (or pound to 1/4-inch thickness).

4Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium to high heat.

5Add chicken; cook for 3 minutes each side or until lightly brown.

6Combine sesame seeds, honey, soy sauce and ginger; pour over chicken and cook 4 minutes, turning chicken to coat with sauce.

7Serve sauce over chicken.
