Sesame Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 split chicken breasts (with bones and skin)
  • 1/4 head lettuce
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp. sesame paste (tahini)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vinegar

    Remove skins from chickens.

    Steam chicken for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Cool chicken.

    Peel chicken from bones in direction of grain.

    Tear chicken with hands into strips.

    Mix chicken juice, water, soy sauce, salt, sesame seed paste and peanut butter.

    On very low heat mix and stir until it boils.

    Cool mixture.

    Add vinegar and sesame oil.

    Place chicken on shredded lettuce.

    Pour mixture over chicken.

    Serve.
