- 2 split chicken breasts (with bones and skin)
- 1/4 head lettuce
- 1 1/4 Tbsp. sesame paste (tahini)
- 1 1/2 tsp. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
Directions

1Remove skins from chickens.

2Steam chicken for 20 to 25 minutes.

3Cool chicken.

4Peel chicken from bones in direction of grain.

5Tear chicken with hands into strips.

6Mix chicken juice, water, soy sauce, salt, sesame seed paste and peanut butter.

7On very low heat mix and stir until it boils.

8Cool mixture.
-
9Add vinegar and sesame oil.

10Place chicken on shredded lettuce.

11Pour mixture over chicken.
-
12Serve.
