- 4 (6 oz) chicken breast
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- Cooking spray
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions

1In a non-stick skillet - over medium heat, add sesame seeds and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until toasted.

3Beat chicken breasts thin between saran wrap until 1/4 inch thick.

4Coat skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat until hot, add chicken and cook 3 minutes on each side until brown.

5Combine sesame seeds, syrup, soy sauce, and ginger.

6Pour over chicken and cook for 1 more minute, turning chicken to coat with sauce.

7Serve with rice and broccoli and mushroom stir-fry.
