  • 2 bags Success rice
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 box sesame seeds
  • 2 - 6 oz. cans chicken
  • peanut oil
  • soy sauce
  • mushrooms
  • bean sprouts

Directions

    Boil 2 bags of rice as instructed on box.

    While rice is cooking, lightly brown sesame seeds in peanut oil, then set aside. Chop green onions and grate carrots.

    When rice is cooked, remove bags from water and drain.
  4. 4
    Break chicken into small pieces and add to sesame seeds in oil.

    Add rice, chopped green onions, bean sprouts, mushrooms and grated carrots.

    More oil can be added.

    Add soy sauce to taste.

    Use 1 bag of rice for 2-3 servings.
