- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 6 skinless breasts
- 1/3 c. flour, seasoned with pepper
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 3 Tbsp. minced green onion
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions

1Melt margarine and oil in baking pan.

2Cool slightly.

3In a paper bag, shake chicken in seasoned flour until coated.

4Roll pieces in oil in baking pan and arrange so they do not touch. Sprinkle with lemon juice and half the sesame seed.

5Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

6Turn chicken; sprinkle with remaining sesame seed and minced onion.

7Cook for 30 minutes, basting occasionally, until done.
