- 6 slices bread, buttered and cubed
- 2 c. cooked ham
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. canned evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 small can mushrooms
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole.

2Layer bread cubes, meat and cheese.

3Mix beaten egg, milk, salt and dry mustard.

4Pour over ingredients in casserole.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6In morning, add mushrooms,

7cover and bake at 350°

8for 45 minutes. Uncover for last 10 minutes to let top brown.
