- 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 dried basil, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Thaw fish, if frozen.

2Cut fish into 4 portions.

3Place fish on a broiler pan lined with foil.

4Brush olive oil over fish.

5Combine lemon juice, basil, garlic powder and pepper.

6Pour over fish. Sprinkle sesame seed evenly over fish.

7Broil until fish flakes easily when tested with fork or for about 12 minutes.

8Makes 4 servings.
