  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Pillsbury All-Ready pizza crust
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
  • 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 c. each: diced green and red pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. 100% natural Kraft shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Sprinkle cornmeal onto bottom of greased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.

    Spread dough into pan. Pre-bake 5 minutes.

    Spread with combined tomato sauce and chili powder.

    Top with green and red pepper, chilies and cheese, tossed with cilantro.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
