- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. grated ginger
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 skinned, boneless breasts of chicken
- vegetable cooking spray
- thin green onion strips
Directions

1Combine sesame seeds, grated ginger, honey and soy sauce in a bowl.

2Flatten chicken between plastic wrap, using a mallet.

3Coat grill rack with cooking spray.

4Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Baste frequently with sauce.

5(May also be used as a marinade. Marinate for a few hours and then cook on grill.

6Don't marinate overnight; it will be very strong!)
