- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions

1In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat, add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.

2Remove from heat.

3Add water and kale and stir to mix.

4Drain.

5toss with soy sauce and sesame seeds.

6(I prefer to cut kale, rinse and let sit in colander until ready.

7I omit adding the extra water as the kale has some on it).
