Sesame Linguine

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces linguine, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup dark sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup watercress, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 -3 green onions, chopped

Directions

    Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain. RInse the pasta with cold water, and drain again. Place the pasta in a large bowl.

    Combine the sesame oil and the next 3 ingredients. Stir well. Stir in the watercress. Pour this mixture over the pasta, and toss gently. Add the salt and pepper to taste.

    Cover and chill for 8 hours.

    Sprinkle with the green onions just before serving.
