Sesame Linguine

- 12 ounces linguine, uncooked
- 1/4 cup dark sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup watercress, minced
- salt and pepper
- 2 -3 green onions, chopped
Directions

1Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain. RInse the pasta with cold water, and drain again. Place the pasta in a large bowl.

2Combine the sesame oil and the next 3 ingredients. Stir well. Stir in the watercress. Pour this mixture over the pasta, and toss gently. Add the salt and pepper to taste.

3Cover and chill for 8 hours.

4Sprinkle with the green onions just before serving.
