- 2 c. onions, chopped
- 3 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. sesame seed
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 c. pecan meal
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. Soy Supreme (dry)
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 5 c. water
Directions

1Saute onions and celery in 1/2 cup water until tender.

2Blend sunflower seeds and sesame seed.

3In bowl, mix together the oatmeal, blended seed, pecan meal, yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, Soy Supreme, bread crumbs, then add soy sauce, onions and celery.

4Add water; mix well.

5Bake in sprayed baking dish at 325° for 60 minutes until brown.

6Serve with Creamy Cashew Gravy.
