  • 2 TBS sesame seeds
  • 6-8 scallions or one minced, large onion
  • 4 TBS rice vinegar
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter, smooth
  • 2 TBS honey mustard
  • 4 TBS soy sauce
  • 1 TBS hot oil or hot chili sauce
  • 2/3 c. dark sesame oil
  • 1/2 c. veg. oil
  • juice of an orange
  • S & P to taste
  • 8 ozs. angel hair spaghetti broken into quarters**
  • minced red and/or yellow pepper
  • ** Personally I prefer using Raman noodles, but it is of course, up to you.
