Sesame Oat Bars

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup oat bran
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup mixed dried fruit
- 1 cup dried apricot, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
Directions

1Stir butter, sugar & honey over a low heat and stir until sugar dissolves, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes.

2Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, gradually stir in cooled honey mixture and mix thoroughly.

3Press mixture down very firmly into a foil-lined 28cm x 18cm baking tray and bake at 180.C for 20 mins or until golden brown.

4Cool in tin, then cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
