- 1 cup yogurt
- 7 1/2 ounces salmon
- 1/4 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
- 2 each garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
- 1 dash red hot pepper sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Directions

1Spoon yogurt into paper towel-lined sieve set over bowl; refrigerate for about 8 hours or until thickened and reduced to about 1/2 cup.

2Drain salmon, discarding skin.

3in small bowl, mash salmon with bbones.

4Stir in yogurt, onions, celery, garlic, sesame seeds, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.

5Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.

6Cut up fresh vegetables for this dip, or use it as a spread on crackers.
