Sesame Seed / Nut Milk

  • 1 cup natural sesame seeds
  • 2 cups pure water

Directions

    Soak 1 cup of seeds in 2 cups of water overnight.

    In morning, blend in blender for 5 minutes or until smooth.

    Strain and pour into a jar.
  4. 4
    Note: I strain the seeds then add fresh water before blending although it's not necessary.
