Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1/3 c. pure vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 (6 to 8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 (10 oz.) bunch fresh spinach

    Heat sesame seed in large saucepan over medium heat until toasted.

    Remove from heat.

    Add remaining ingredients except spinach.

    Cover.

    Chill.

    Tear and add spinach.
