- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- One 4.5-ounce can chopped green chiles
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, and diced
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh cilantro
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions

1Heat the refried beans, minced chipotle pepper, and water in a medium saucepan until hot and smooth.
