Name: Seven Layer Salad
Ingredients: 1 head lettuce, chopped; 1 c. celery, chopped; 1 small red onion, chopped; 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped; 6 boiled eggs, sliced; 1 16 oz. pkg. frozen peas, slightly cooked and drained; 1 c. Miracle Whip; 1 c. sour cream; 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese; 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions

Layer first six ingredients in order listed into a 9X13 dish. Mix Miracle Whip and sour cream together and spread on top of salad. Top off with cheese and bacon.
