  • shredded lettuce
  • diced cucumber
  • grated carrots
  • 1 can English peas (with or without onions and mushrooms)
  • bacon bits
  • grated cheese (your choice; Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Layer first 5 ingredients.

    Mix mayonnaise and sugar.

    Place on top of layers.

    Top with cheese.
  5. 5
    Refrigerate until ready to serve. Mix thoroughly.

    (You can change any of the vegetables to whatever you may like in a salad.)
