- 1 large head iceberg lettuce
- 1 medium thinly sliced purple onion
- 1 small head cauliflower
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 lb. (more if desired) crisp, crumbled bacon
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch seasoned salad dressing
Directions

1Break up lettuce in large container.

2Slice onion over lettuce. Break the cauliflower into small pieces or slice.

3Spread uncooked frozen peas.

4Sprinkle cheese over next layer.

5Fry bacon until crisp and crumble over top.

6Mix the mayonnaise with Hidden Valley Ranch salad seasoning; mix well.

7Spread mayonnaise mixture carefully over entire top of salad.

8Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
