Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 2 to 3 carrots, cooked and sliced
  • 1 red onion, separated into rings
  • 1 can green peas, drained
  • 1 green pepper, sliced into rings
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Use large leaf of lettuce to line bowl.

    Tear lettuce into bite size pieces.

    Put carrots (drained) on top of lettuce.

    Put onion rings on top of carrots.
  5. 5
    Put green peas over onion rings.
  6. 6
    Put green pepper over peas and sprinkle cheese to cover.

    Mix sugar and mayonnaise (will not cover completely).

    Sprinkle top with Bac*Os. Refrigerate 12 hours.
