  • 1 box instant pineapple pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 (10 oz.) 7-Up
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix the first 5 ingredients thoroughly.

    Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch cake pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
