Ingredients
- 200 g besan
- 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 250 g curds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon red chili pepper
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
Directions

1Mix besan while adding 1/2 tsp.

2salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp.

3dhaniya powder and ghee.

4Make a stiff dough.

5Make 5-6 thin and long strips of the dough.

6Put these strips in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.

7Cut these gattas into small pieces.

8Strain the curd through a strainer.

9Add 1/2 tsp.

10salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp.

11dhaniya powder and turmeric powder to the curd.

12Mix well.

13Add the gatta pieces.

14Heat oil in a kadahi.

15Put the tadka of jeera and add the curd mixture.

16Cook it for 5-7 minutes while stirring continuously till it comes to a boil.

17Simmer the flame and cook for another 5-7 minutes.

18Turn off the gas.
-
19Finally put the tadka of red chilly powder.
-
20Serve it with Missi Roti and Pakori ki Kadhi.
