- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 small onions, chopped
- 1 small can pimentos, chopped
- 3 small green beans, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown green peppers and onions in heavy skillet with just enough Crisco to cook.

2When tender, add ground beef and cook on medium heat until meat is browned.

3Add soup and pimentos and cook on low for about 10 minutes.

4When ready to serve, open 1 or 2 cans of Chinese noodles and pour over top of Shallalai.

5Serves 6.
