  • 1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. beef broth (equal to 1 can Campbell's beef broth)
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 medium red or green pepper
  • 5 scallions, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
