- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Mix hamburger, rice, 1/2 cup water, then onion, salt, celery salt, garlic powder and pepper.

2Shape mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls.

3Cook meatballs in skillet until brown on all sides; drain.

4Mix remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs.

5Heat to boiling; reduce heat.

6Cover and simmer 45 minutes.

7Add water during cooking, if necessary.
