  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. (heaping) Nestle Quik
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda

Directions

    Melt margarine, oil, water and Nestle Quik.

    Add flour and sugar.

    Add butter, vanilla, eggs and soda.

    Place in greased 11 x 15-inch pan and bake 20 minutes at 375° to 400°.
