  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 6 drops of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • paprika (optional)

Directions

    Soften cream cheese.

    Add all ingredients (except paprika). Mix very well.

    Chill until firm, then shape into a ball.

    Sprinkle with paprika.
