  • 1 shepard loaf (unsliced and not sour dough)
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 2 pkg. chipped beef (chopped coarsely)
  • 2 - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 - 8 oz sour cream

Directions

    Cut out top of loaf for the lid.

    Hollow out bread completely and save large pieces for dipping.
  3. 3
    Mix all remaining ingredients including the bread pieces and put in loaf.

    Replace top and wrap in foil.

    Bake at 275° for 2 hours.
