Ingredients

  • 200 g cooked ground meat
  • 1 medium boiled onion
  • 125 ml beef stock
  • 1/2 kg creamed potatoes
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Remove excess fat from the meat and add chopped onion and seasoning. Mix thoroughly and place in the bottom of a fireproof dish.

    Add stock and place potatoes on top.

    Smooth and mark with a fork.

    Bake at 200° C for 1/2 hour until thoroughly heated.

    Top should be well browned.
