- 2 lb. ground beef
- 10 potatoes
- 2 large cans vegetable soup
Directions

1Boil and prepare potatoes for mashing, seasoned with butter and milk.

2In large skillet, brown beef at medium heat and drain. Add vegetable soup and simmer until juice has been soaked into beef.

3Place in baking dish and spread mashed potatoes over top. Place in preheated oven until potatoes are lightly brown.

4Oven temperature, 350°.
