  • 4 lb. potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 lb. cooked hamburg
  • 4 c. cooked vegetables (peas, carrots, corn or mixed)
  • 2 c. gravy (canned or bottled may be used)

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Prepare the potatoes (mashed).

    Stir in parsley flakes; set aside.

    In an ungreased 10 x 13-inch glass pan, stir remaining ingredients.

    Mound potatoes on meat mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until potatoes brown slightly.
