- 1 lb. lean ground lamb
- 1 1/4 cup chicken stock or beef stock
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
