- 2 tbsp. margarine
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups diced cooked meat (stew beef)
- 1 1/2 cups diced vegetables (veg all)
- 1 cup tomato soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups hot mashed potatoes
Directions

1Melt margarine in frying pan.

2Add onions and saute 3 minutes. Add meat, vegetables (drained), tomato soup.

3Stir over low heat until well mixed and thoroughly heated.

4Season to taste.

5Pour mixture into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole.

6Cover with mashed potatoes and bake at 400° about 15 minutes until potatoes are light brown. 6 servings.
