Ingredients

  • 4 lb. round steak
  • 1 1/2 c. cooking sherry (water if preferred)
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 3 cans golden mushroom soup

Directions

    Cut steak in bite size pieces and remove fat.

    Mix all ingredients together and cook, covered, 3 hours at 325°.

    Serve with rice or noodles.
