- 1 can apricots
- 1 can peaches
- 1 can pears
- 1 can pineapple slices
- 1 jar cherries
- 1 jar apple rings
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. sherry
Directions

1Melt butter and mix in brown sugar and flour; add sherry. Cook until thickened and pour over fruit.

2Refrigerate overnight. Bake 30 minutes at 350° (in advance).
