  • 1 can apricots
  • 1 can peaches
  • 1 can pears
  • 1 can pineapple slices
  • 1 jar cherries
  • 1 jar apple rings
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. sherry

Directions

    Melt butter and mix in brown sugar and flour; add sherry. Cook until thickened and pour over fruit.

    Refrigerate overnight. Bake 30 minutes at 350° (in advance).

    Serve at room temperature.
