Sherry Buttered Chicken

- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions

1Pound chicken breasts until 1/4 inch thick.

2Mix egg and water, then mix crumbs and cheese.

3Dip chicken in egg mixture, then crumb mixture.

4Place single layer in ovenproof dish.

5In small saucepan cook margarine, sherry, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard to boil; pour over chicken. Broil in 500° oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
