  • 13 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 34 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 14 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

    Dredge ribs in flour, salt and pepper.

    Fry in oil.

    Fry onions and garlic in oil.

    Combine water, bay leaf, brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce.
