- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 12 cup butter, at room temperature
- 13 cup sugar
- 2 extra-large egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1Preheat oven to 350 F and generously butter the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
