Guacamole

Ingredients: 3 med avocados-black, slightly soft; 1-2 limes; 1/2 med white onion diced small; 1/4 c cilantro diced fine; 1/2 italian tomato not overly ripe, diced; 1 garlic clove crushed with kosher salt to paste; salt to taste if need more; 1 jalapeno diced (optional); 2 tbsp chunky salsa (used green chile from @TraderJoes which adds a great taste)

Ingredients

3 med avocados-black, slightly soft
1-2 limes
1/2 med white onion diced small
1/4 c cilantro diced fine
1/2 italian tomato not overly ripe, diced
1 garlic clove crushed with kosher salt to paste
salt to taste if need more

2 tbsp chunky salsa (used green chile from @TraderJoes which adds a great taste)

Directions

Slice avos in half, discard pit, scoop out pulp into cuisinart bowl discarding shell. Immediately add juice from 1 lime to keep from discoloring. Pulse to desired consistency leaving chunks. Transfer to bowl. Add onion, tomato, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno. Stir gently to mix. Add more lime and salt to taste.
