  • 1 pkg. shortbread cookies, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
  • 5 to 7 Heath candy bars, crushed
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix cookie crumbs and margarine.

    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 325°; cool.

    Mix together vanilla pudding, milk and ice cream.

    Pour over cooled crust.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Layer Cool Whip over ice cream.

    Sprinkle crushed candy over Cool Whip.
